By using littlelightmovement.org, donating, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these terms. Little Light Movement is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Texas (EIN 41-3987295).

Donations

Donations are processed securely through Givebutter and support our programs. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; we recommend keeping your receipt and consulting a tax professional. Because donated funds are put to work supporting our missions, donations are generally non-refundable — if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Merchandise

Merchandise is sold and fulfilled through our store provider (Shopify) and its print/fulfillment partners. Product availability, pricing, shipping, and returns are handled through the store checkout. For merchandise, only the portion of your purchase above the item’s fair-market value may be tax-deductible.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, misuse it, or infringe others’ rights. We may update or remove content at any time.

Intellectual property

The Little Light Movement name, logo, artwork, and site content are our property or used with permission, and may not be reused without our written consent.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Light Movement is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not under our control.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
