Little Light House — a future dog sanctuary for rescue dogs ⚠️ Concept rendering

Little Light House

A safe harbor for rescue dogs — built first for our own pack, and shared with the rescues we partner with.

Most small rescues live and die by foster space. When every foster home is full, the next dog in crisis has nowhere to land — and a life can hang on a single phone call. Little Light House removes that ceiling: a real place where a dog is always safe, cared for, and one step closer to a family.

What Little Light House will offer

💉

Intake & decompression

A calm, private space for newly rescued dogs to rest, heal, and settle through their first weeks — with veterinary and behavioral care from day one.

🏠

Indoor–outdoor suites

Comfortable, climate-protected suites where each dog can move freely between a cozy inside and their own secure outdoor run.

🌳

Secure play yards

Fully fenced yards where new arrivals can run, play, and just be dogs while they wait to join the pack.

🤝

Room for other rescues

Reserved space to shelter dogs for foster-based rescues when their homes are full — so no dog is turned away for lack of room.

What it takes to build

We’re building Little Light House in phases — land and site work, the intake building, indoor–outdoor suites, and play yards. The most tangible way to help is to sponsor a suite for about $20,000, but every gift moves us forward. See the full cost breakdown →

Help us build the first Little Light House

We’re securing land now. From there it grows in phases — the first intake building, indoor–outdoor suites, play yards, and the everyday essentials that keep a sanctuary running. Every gift moves the first shovel of dirt closer.
